Hi, I’m Sam

13 years in corporate retail. (Senior roles at Swarovski, Alexon Group and Arcadia).
10+ years mentoring hundreds of entrepreneurs across multiple sectors. Featured as a business expert on BBC Breakfast and Channel 5 News.

Here’s what most people don’t know:

Many of my clients stay with me for years.
They come back when they’re ready for their next breakthrough, or when they hit a new challenge they can’t solve alone.

Some check in annually. Others disappear for two years, then return when it’s time to scale. That’s not typical in mentoring or coaching – but it happens when you actually solve problems instead of just talking about them.

I don’t do fluffy coaching. You can’t research your way out of a hole.

My job is to spot what’s really keeping you stuck – and give you the tools to fix it.

Sometimes that’s mindset. Sometimes it’s pricing, offers, or execution. Usually it’s both.
